“I’ve been with the Levy Agency for YEARS. They call me when there is something new that they think would give me better coverage or save me money. They think in real world situations and are proactive to help their customers. For example: One time I got a call from them (I say them, because of the team approach) out of the blue letting me know that for like $20 per year (or whatever the cost was like 10 years ago) I could add a rider to my homeowner’s that would cover a basement flood if the power went out and my sump pump stopped working. I never would have thought of that. I wish everyone I did business with was thinking about me and was more proactive to improve my situation with things that they KNOW will help me. They don’t take “shots in the dark” that’s what sales people do. I highly recommend them.”
